The Cowboy bobblehead is not that bad. I don't see anything wrong with it. Think it's kinda cute. I just hope they used Bobble Dreams and not whatever they used for the Goose one.

I told Cowboy that you all thought it didn't look like him. His response, "None of the bobbles look like them."

He also said that when he sat for that makeup of it the sun was in his eyes so he thinks they gave him squinty eyes. He's right. But most of the bobbles have kinda weird eyes anyway.


I'm very much impressed with Jamil "supersub" Walker. And very happy for him.

Look at it this way. Without his goal in LA we would have lost to those vermin! Without his goal in SJ we wouldn't have won last night.

The boy is impressing.

And wasn't that goal just amazing last night? Not just for him, but the whole way it unfolded. Amazing!

And no fishin' TV last night. So I can't sit here and watch the game again. I usually do that on Sunday mornings while I'm waking up. And right now I really wanna see that goal again.

I still have to unpack from my trip. Did a bit yesterday. But still have some stuff to do.

But I'm tired as heck. My sleep schedule is all messed up from this crazy week.

I have to go back to work tomorrow. No doubt my desk will be a mess! Fun, fun!

I went to the wizards/fire game last night and Jimmy scored off a header, i was very impressed. Then he took off his shirt and ran around, it was amusing

Ughhh...so tired...woke up at friggin 5 this mornin and let me tell you, I am sooooo not a dang morning person. Blahhhhh. For all you morning people out there: How the hell do you do it?!?

 

Honestly this is a stupid idea for the MLS game. Wouldn't it be a little more convincing if the MFL champion; Monterrey played? Or maybe they could have MFL All-stars vs. MLS All-stars? BLAH!

 

I like this idea best, ironically it will still be MLS All-Stars, as the home team(supposedly), in a hostile environment. It doesn't seem right. Who thought this up? They are drawing a crowd who most likely won't be back til the next MFL team or Mexican NATs come back. Poor marketing by MLS once again.....return business boys, that's your target. The hardcore mexican fans aren't coming over to MLS unless the Galaxy fields at least 8 mexican nationals......oh, and by the way, there are rules against that. IDIOTS!

 

My nephew is out of the hospital and safe now. Thank goodness.

I'm going to see Trapt tomarrow. Should be great.

I bought tickets to see Yellowcard in August...can't wait.

So far my summer has been great.......

Although I didn't go to the game one Saturday, I heard it went well. Dude, Jamil is awesome........

Agreed:
1) They're not even playing the champions.
2) It's an all-star exhibition against a team that's played an entire season together.
3) It's starting to smack of a desperate ploy to pull in anybody for the game in the stadium that was supposed to be sold out for every match from now until 2034. Are advance ticket sales that bad? And you're not going to fool the hard core MFL fan into coming out for this one to see a hodge-podge MLS squad.
4) Has anyone gotten a guarantee that Chivas will bring and play it's full squad straight up?

I think somebody panicked on this one.
