Obviously a spelling mistake! You meant to say that Claret doesn't drink MILK!

I'm trying to think of a tea house with beer on tap;) Perhaps Brian thinks Lyons are related to Lion Nathan!

The Black Lion in Plaistow, turn right from Plaistow station, and the pub's across the road about 500 yards, on the corner of Petchy road & Plaistow high street, see you there?

Met up with Claret and Mrs Claret yesterday lunchtime, unfortunately the gaff was clean out of tea so poor bloke had to settle - reluctantly I might add - for London Pride

Could tell he hated it. And the second pint too.

Btw it's nice to see we're not bottom of the league any more.

    That'll be Spudz :D

So he stuck at two pints T? The poor lad will hate the thought of leaving proper beer. Consolation for me is hes in OZ for christmas. Downside is they don't make proper beer here, but i will get some imported tea.

    Thank you Spuds

I politely stuck to two pints as Theresa had to go back to work mate, but you'd be surprised at how many little pubs there are further on towards Piccadilly,;) and where we're staying there's 6 pubs all within a 5 minute walk!:D
