We're going to be in the driver's seat if we're in a race with someone in the spring. That's an easy last five games and the second time around 3 of them will be home games.

At least you see a positive in it. Seems like they are trying to bury us. All the big teams and Champions League all in one go. Home we buy some more players.

    The more things change...

The league refuses to start the season early to help Gli Azzurri, Inter cheat to buy Suazo (and god knows what underhanded stuff they did to get Chivu) and now the schedulers have their revenge on the Giallorossi. If we're anywhere near the top at xmas, though, it could be a magical spring.

I think it's important to note that hopefully by meeting all the major teams early on, we can catch them before they go on hot streaks or establish their mid-season form. If we can win some early games, and hand them set-backs early, look out!!!

There were so many things wrong with how the Chivu deal was done, but as I had said earlier, actions may speak louder than words, but money is louder than both of them.

The fact we're playing our champions league games and our serie A rivals in the same strecthes could either be really good, or really bad. We could ride momentum from a win against Inter to win a champions league game or it could go the other way.

We have always played well against the good teams, we just slouch against the bad ones. Palermo is totally overrated and have no depth whatsoever, and while they had a bad second half, we beat them at both theirs and our place. Our depth will pay off, and we shouldn't miss a beat granted we sign one more forward. Totti will need a rest, and Vucinic won't get the job done.

I think we can build some good momentum during the first three games and then get to face Juve while they're still a bit rusty and adjusting to being back in Serie A.
