2-0 to the Arsenal. Toure & Gallas will be pissed they let one in against Inter

With Lazio beating West Ham and Southhampton with ease, its hard to predict a winner for this game in my eyes. Heres a game where Lazio has something to prove. Here is a game for every biancocelesti to prove a spot on the team. I hope this is a close game, Lazio has yet to lose in their current pre season campaign as they started many games to prepare for the preliminaries for the Champions League.

can i request a probable line up for Arsenal?

I'll be able to watch this on SopCast right? I was so happy to watch the Inter match

I think Wenger will be thinking about how we did last match, and also the opener against Fulham. I'd go with:

    Lehmann/Almunia

    Eboue/Sagna
    Toure
    Gallas
    Clichy

    Hleb
    Flamini
    Fabregas
    Rosicky

    Adebayor/Eduardo
    van Persie

obviously, i hope we throttle this team.

adebayor needs a run with the first team, imo.
i wonder what the boss is thinking about hleb right now... he was dominate in the bergkamp role last match.

I think we know his best position following the Inter game...and to think someone questioned his effectiveness behind one striker instead of two

Lazio looked pretty good from what i saw of their games against Southampton & West Ham. Then again, we're no Southampton or West Ham! I'd like to see Theo, Ade, Rosicky, Eduardo, Fabianski & maybe Gilberto (is he back yet??) at some stage of this torny. However, after the Emirates Cup, how could RvP, Hleb, Eboue, Bendtner, Flamini, Gibbs (haha) be left out?!? It's a good time to be a Gooner at the moment, I just hope the optimism can be matched with results.

    Team:

    Lehmann

    Hoyte Toure Gallas (c) Clichy

    Cesc

    Theo Rosicky

    Hleb

    Eduardo RvP

    2-0 Arsenal :) ...................................

Gilberto won't participate in any of the preseason, and will miss some of the games in August as well, including the first CL match, as far as I understand.

I think it's smart to get him well-rested.

agreed, it's better to have him out resting for the first couple weeks of the new season than to have him out injured for a month due to fatigue.

:) ... its going to be people like you that will have their mouths dropped at the end of the game ;). i think it will be a one goal game to be honest. a three goal win by arsenal would have to be a mental breakdown for Lazio. ahhh. i cant wait for the final result!

Don't forget, you beat a Championship side and a nearly relegated EPL side (who lost the man who saved them). The only time my mouth will be dropping is when RVP scores another wonder goal and I think "This is his season". Cheers! :D

Re: LG Amsterdam Tournament - US Television coverage

Are we sure it's not showing on Setanta in the US?

Maybe I'm delusional but I could have sworn I saw an ad for it during the Emirates Cup matches but perhaps those were Sky ads coming over on Setanta.

Ok will they still have the audio commentary in real time or do we have to wait for that on an hour delay as well?

So ArseTV video starts at 1330 EST. Its pretty sad a team cant get first rights to its own pre-season games.
