Big Sam was just pissed that Borgetti didn't give him a kickback.

Why? It's the Premiership, they're on they're way up, they had pretty a pretty sweet jersey.

This pretty much says it all. He's not a monster. He can't really create for others and doesn't need to be double-teamed, but to say he can't score is ridiculous. Being in the right spot for the tap-ins is part of what makes a striker a striker. He scores in Mexico, in Libertadores, in Copa America, in the World Cup.

And to keep my post on topic, there is no way in hell any Euro team with sense pays his full 5 million euro transfer fee. I hope they negotiate down and get a deal done. Vergara is nuts.

ManCity is a bottom table club i think they were like 13th or 14th place last season...even though Olympiacos plays Champions they never go anywhere and hopefully this next season ManCity can at least go Uefa..

big sam did some bad scouting and noticed borgetti didn't fit into bolton.

and going to what elvasco said, it's just hate on everybody else's part.

like when lozano was second in goals in the qualifiers.

"oh but it was against crap teams"

    ?

then why didn't other players score the goals instead of jimmy?

    same thing for omar.

he may not be the most talented player, but he was leading scorer.

as in he scored the most goals.

and you have to score to win.

granted he doesn't excel in much when it comes to individual skills, he does what he's suppose to.

    score.

he's not a poacher at cardozo's or van nistelrooy's level, but he is not complete garbage like everybody makes him seem (or god like that retarded sock with the stupid omar bravo is my BFF sn.)

    i hope he leaves.

    and does ok.

because i don't see him doing great, but i don't want him to be a flop.

but then again i said pavel was six months and out last year.

I don't know if I agree with you with the Big Sam thing. I don't think it was bad scouting, I mean look at what Borgetti was able to do in the small amount of time he was on the pitch during Premiership games, FA Cup games, and UEFA Cup games....he scored in each of those tourneys/leagues, I'm sure he had the most goals scores per minutes played of any Bolton player by far. Plain and simple he wasn't given a chance, I think there might have been something else going on with Big Sam that we don't know about.
