    :D :D :D Heine'z agent is his brother.

"Juventus have joined Real Madrid and Barcelona in the race to sign Manchester United defender Gabriel Heinze.

Heinze’s brother and agent Sebastian Heinze on Monday: “Gabriel is being followed by several clubs.

“As well as Real Madrid there are other teams showing interest in Gabriel, like Barcelona and Juventus in Italy,” he added."

I assume that if Heinze has to move, then he would like to go to a Spanish-speaking club as this would make him more comfortable. This probably explains why he is trying so hard to move to Liverpool.

I would love to get Liverpool on tapping-up, but more likely the FA will dock us points for not giving the player to them for free.

If he goes I pray he comes up against Gaz...I would give him 2mins the most to survive before being stretchered off in a bodybag.

If he goes to the dippers I hope he dies a peasants death. Completely unacceptable and as SirManc said typical Argie garbage.

That said he needs to be sold somewhere else this summer, as I'm already quite furious with him and I can't see my opinion of him changing at this stage.

The only article I've seen that in was the "Heinze wants starting role" article on SkySports, but there were no quotes of his that said anything of that nature. Here is the article.

I think that if he does leave, it won't be because he's not guaranteed first team status. It'll be because Fergie doesn't need him, or wants to cash in on him.

    Become the Tea Pot!!
Sorry about the tribalism here, but this is a very cut and shut job here. Heinze and his people should immediately counter claims that he is headed for Liverpool if they aren't true.

He's severing ties with this club (in)advertantly if does not act to counter such 'vicious rumours.'

i wonder why both sides have not made mentioned of this "letter" the agent supposedly has. the only mention of it was first in the Liverpool Echo :)rolleyes: ) but you would think that there would be some mention of it or even a physical copy of it if said "letter" exists.

it is annoying. either sh*t or get off the pot.

I wouldnt be surprised if he left us for Liverpool.

To be honest, I'd hope they start Heinze at LB when we play them. He's going to be a liability for them. The number of problems the likes of James Morrison, and other "average players gave him, I'd be confident with him going up against us.

If he wants first team football, tell him to watch "Roberto Carlos' : How to play left fullback." to learn how to be productive wiith the ball at your feet on offense.

The thing is, if he goes to Liverpool he already had the requisite skill; the ability to kick the ball long and high towards the forwards. Plus, he can take penalties.

If this comes true... Oh, if we could convince Keano to play just one more game for us... 15 December at Old Trafford. Might not take much convincing either, even if Sunderland is also playing that day.

Whats rubbish about it? The reason he's leaving is because he isnt good enough. You can have our left overs.

The real reason I think would be because his agents, one of whom is his own brother, would stand to make a tidy sum in agent fees from any move.
Most of the European giants (with the exception of Real Madrid, although I'm not sure how good Marcelo will be for them) already have established leftbacks and Heinze would not be guaranteed to start. So I don't really buy the "footballing reasons" for wanting to move.

i thought i read this somewhere, he helped convinced Tevez to join the club, saying good things about the atmosphere and how comfortable he is at the club, i find it puzzling (still...even though i know he's looking for first team football) that he wants to leave instead.

If he does leave for Liverpool, i'll scrape off his name from my Man Utd kit!!! (no matter how hard that's gonna be)
