Good win for Brasil. No Ronaldinho, Kaka or Adriano against a full Argie squad. Great win in fact.

Adriano is in no shape to play. At least get your stuff right if you're going to go with the "we were missing players" line.

Besides, the biggest difference today was the early goal and the early post by Argentina.

Como é bom ganhar da Argentina!

    What a memorable, convincing match.

It had everything: a golaço, an own goal, and much more shadenfreude than I could have dreamed. There aren't superlatives adequate to describe of our defense, marking system, and efficient counterattacks.

This has erased the distaste I'd been nurturing since last year.

Dunga and the players deserve a hero's welcome for their excellent work.

we lacked a lot of creativity but with kaka and ronaldinho back we will probably be able to play very well with this team

Congratulations on a fantastic victory, you deserved to win tonight, no doubt about it.

I am very surprised by the efficient and discplined defense tonight. I really hoped Naldo would get more playing time instead of Alex but there was no problem in the back, thats for sure. Juan was very solid and consistent throughout the tournament and will make a great CB pairing with Lucio.

Argentina ********ed up tactically and you exposed their weaknesses from the getgo. Well done.

Plus, I know a lot of you are down on Vagner Love but he got better as the tournament progress and I truly believe he'll get better the more he plays and gets used to the rest of the team. He did really well to play that throughball to Alves for the third goal.

That was a very assured, confident performance. Congrats to Brazil.
It seems to be in the genes because some of the players are young
and inexperienced but still looked much better than the likes of old
hands such as Veron, Riquelme, Zanetti, Heinze, etc.

I was hoping Ayala would score a consolation because I hate to see
a player of his quality scoring an autogoal in a final. But the truth is that
Argentina never looked like scoring. As so often happens, the team that
did just enough to reach the final won out over the team that impressed
on the way to the final. Is it something in the nature of the game that
makes this so? But I've observed it countless times ....

So what feels better? The exciting last-minute tie and PK win or a game where we outplay our opponents and get a very sweet 3x0 score?

I say this. By a whole ********ing lot.
