HD screen in Puerto La Cruz

Many stadiums have plans for HD screens, some even dual screens.

I wouldn't be amazed if it's made up to sabotage the tournament.
The main reason I think that.... San Cristobal is the "soccer city" of Venezuela.
If there's a stadium that has to be 100% finished is this one, because of the huge fan base that Tachira and the national team have in that city.

Is it a coincidence that tomorrow Venezuela is going to re-inaugurated the "Sacred Temple" of Venezuelan soccer tomorrow against the Basque team?
    I believe it is.

The fans in Tachira have been waiting more than 1 year to go back to their stadium
and it's guaranteed that there will be 40.000+ people in that stadium

    From PFERD's favorite source

Sorry Danilo, but I´m a bit confused with you. Are you Venezuelan yourself? Have you ever lived there? Don't get me wrong, I'm not asking for any reason in particular, just for general information.

    You are funny dude,
Talking to you is like talking to my girl:
"If I say what I think, I'll get kicked out,
so I have to think 10 times before I answer"

I'll give you a simple answer to your question
this is a picture of my uncle who was president of Venezuela twice and a state is named after him.
