I agree with the above while pointing out that the message isn't really aimed at fellow fans. It's aimed at Guppy and Dave and you better believe they knew who was being named.

The fact that Hamlet had to explain it to him makes him an even bigger moron than I realized.

Yeah no reason to sugar coat it boys, lets make a Fire Sarachan sign for the next game so that everyone knows how we feel.

If a full game protest isn't mounted, S8C ought to consider at least holding up an anti-Sarachan/Guppy banner and standing/sitting silently for intervals throughout the game (say every 15 minutes for 3 minutes at a time).

I think we should have a sign that says "Got Peter Wilt?"

I mean Peter did hire this guy but i think the players Dave has brought in would be of a different caliber than Dave has brought in under John Guppy.

    Another tidbit from the interview:

"I asked Guppy whether Barrett was on the trading block, and Guppy stated that the team is trying to gain offensive weapons, not lose them. I know there have been many offers for Barrett in the past, and I get the impression Barrett wouldn't mind a change of scenery, so you still may want to keep an eye on this situation."

Hmmm, another player unhappy in camp? Wish it was suprising news...

I can't imagine why a striker would be unhappy in Dave's "system."

Quick: name 2 players who have come out and stated their preference to play for Dave Sarachan. I dare you.

Since this question was asked, we've gone 1-1-1 against RSL, Crew, and Chivas. All at home.

Anyone want to change their answer yet?

Yup. I've been on the fence for a long time and have tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. Having only three shots all game in front of a full house is completely inexcusable both for the team and for the coach. I think we have a lot of talent on the team, but their play and what the players have said indicates to me that the coach must be changed. The final straw for me was when Calen, a sophomore, said something like, "we weren't connecting and people weren't in the positions they should have been in." Positioning is what strategy and practice are for. Professionals should not have this problem, especially ones who have been together as long as this core has been. Time for a new coach.

    Houllier? :)

How bout the CJ quote (paraphrasing here) "By the 72nd minute we were playing for a tie, and Chivas for a win."

So by the 70th minute we were content for a draw against a poor road team in front of only our 2nd sellout ever at TP.

    That pisses me off.

Would'nt it be easier to just fire Sarachan, then get the players shock therapy treatments?

Or at least the ones that follow Dave's instructions...

WOW! If ever there was a sign that this guy has completely lost a team, this is it. How much more of this BS do we have to put up with?

I voted to wait a few games, but I would officially like to change my vote to "Yes". Also, I saw a good number of black shirts in Section 8 on Saturday, were they just black or were they the "Fire Sarachan" shirts? Incidentally, that quote by CJ shows two things: 1) the players don't have any confidence or desire to play for Sarachan, and 2) Sarachan is ****ing idiot.

For the record, if S8C (or any other supporters factions within) produced any kind of black "Fire Sarachan" items, I would gladly give a few bucks to them and wear it/them to games.

Saturday nights game was just awful. No creativity whatsoever.

You're at home, attack first and ask questions later.
