Very good performance so far. Lots of patience, and Beasley and LD are running at people and doing some nice things. We need to relax now and pick our spots because Guatemala will start to throw some bodies forward.
Funny, TT didn't even read what DB was doing on the pass, but the Guat defender was even more clueless!

On Dempsey's last shot. The crazy Bike trick, I really thought he could've ran into the ball on the cross. But I guess the sun got into his eyes and he had to do it like that. But a great goal by Dempsey to give us a 1-0 lead.
It looked like he thought he had help back or something. Once he realized what was up, it was over. Good finish!

Good point. Twellman didn't react well or see the play developing either. He was just quicker than the guate-tard on defense.
yeah... exactly, lol Beasley's pass was excellent... Twellman's assit was good too... but the defender was off there..
