yeah but how can it even happen? like are they just broadcasting to the web through a television, and the guy at the television got bored w/ the soccer game and flipped to baseball? or was this internet sabotage by the punks at mlb.com?
Well see, since ESPN hates soccer, they decided to infiltrate MLSlive.tv and sabotage the broadcast of the Revs/RSL match, since they have absolutely nothing better to do. Yup, I'm gonna go with that.
Seriously, the NL Central must be the most pathetic division in baseball right now. You know it sucks when the at the end of a 5-13 run, the Brewers are still 6.5 games ahead of everyone. How I wish my Blue Jays had it that easy.
Maybe MLB bought the whole airtime for city thus limiting MLS distribution. I would say thought either MLS gets money or there could be a lawsuit in the works.
LOL, actually Matt Stairs is doing quite well for himself with the Jays this year. Check out his numbers. Due to the injury of the regular OF Reed Johnson, Stairs has been getting semi-regular playing time and he is posting a .300 ish average and has hit 8 homeruns. That is more homeruns than Vernon Wells, Frank Thomas and Troy Glaus I believe.
ummm... yeah i guess i don't know the mechanics of how mlsnet broadcasts work, so i'm stupid. i just signed up for MLSLiveTV this week, and i know MLSnet doesn't do it's own broadcast live from the stadium, b/c the Colorado-Toronto game was the feed from Altitude. If you know the mechanics of how the television broadcast is streamed to the internet and how within that mechanism an MLB broadcast replaced MLS's, i would appreciate you sharing the info instead of calling me dumb. i think scaryice already answered my question though.
HAHA, I know Wangy. The 'Jays are my favorite team in MLB. Matt "Canadian Bacon" Stairs has done well, and might earn a platoon spot when Reed Johnson heals.
