Unfortunately, in the video of the play, Maher and the defender are off screen when Frankie hits the pass so you can't tell if it's on or off. Also, Edozien was making a run too and he seemed to be a yard ahead of Maher and only about a yard deeper. I'd bet money the flag was actually for Edozien being involved in the play, and not actually for Maher.

VERY improved play, you can see it getting better. The first game, we scored but it was lacking in attack. Hardly any attacking at all. The second game, play was better, more attacking, though we were only atticking through balls over the head into the zone. Tonight was EXCELLENT play by everyone. Our strikers were extremely active, shooting when in doubt, corners were brilliant, and our defense and midfield again, put out a world class performance. And Mclellan earns his 2nd shutout!

haha im glad you guys liked the flag!! im gonna get more of that paper and put more on it!

i think last night, with even less numbers than the first two games, we showed that this will be a top-notch supporters section. All of the players are extremely impressed, and they are very encouraged and proud to have such avid supporters..

I can't tell you how many players and coaches told me after the game how impressed they were with the vocal supporters last night. Norkus even mentioned a few of the specific songs he heard us singing and said he would have joined in, but he had work to do :)

Yep! I heard him say that too when we were all at the bar. He seemed to like all of the flags, bells, signs, and other things that were brought to the game.

Agreed, but I think it "works" better if only one or the other is raised at any given time. But that's just a personal preference.

During the Hurricanes Stanley Cup run last year, there was a couple in the lower bowl that would hold up eye charts. :)

With Chivas USA coming up I was hoping the Railhawks could come away from Atlanta with a W. Also gotta get some points for US Open Cup..

    C'mon 'Hawks!!

our guys have got to be tired after last night, and they will be exhausted after tonight. Railhawks scrambling, Atlanta is much faster and aggressive tonight. our boys look fatigued.

We were lucky to get out of that half down 1-0, multiple scoring chances for the silverbacks.

PS. haha could your interview be any shorter Jarrett?? :) :)

defender tapped it back towards another player (didnt see who they were) but didnt put enough on the ball, their striker picked it up and just popped it over the last man and ran about 45 yards untouched and tapped it to his other striker for an easy tap in

ive lost my picture, i aparently paid 3.99 to watch a black screen and listen to a free radio station. This POS just cut off on me and wont come back on. I hear them talking about having lost power about 5 times at the stadium.

Over in 307, I tried to get "all we are saying, is we want a goal" going. :D

I was thinking the same thing, except I didn't know any of the players' names. :D The goalscorer came from so deep that I didn't follow my normal instinct and immediately look at the AR. Much to my chagrin about 10 seconds later.

Keep that chant going- we need strikers badly! Our Defense is getting worn down- only can hold up so long.

We can't win the league if we can't score goals! Simple as that

wow i dont think the railhawks have hit the net....minus Low's free kick, i dont believe we have hit the net all night.

Schweitzer has GOT to work on finishing. Everything else has looked alright (fatigued tonight, so we are a little slow on defense) . Schweitzer needs to just have these guys take 20 shots and until every one of them is on net, dont let them leave. They have GOT to hit the net.

I noticed that last night as well. Though Saunders had great saves, we had 21 shots and about 9 on net i think.

As well as our corners tonight. The services have been extremely innefective. Good corner finally in the 85th minute, but another shot off net..

Occasionally we're hitting the net. Yes we need to be on target more but we can't help miraculous saves.

yea i know about those, last night was better for sure. We have only hit the net once tonight..

one goal in four games is not going to cut it. that is our main problem....we have GOT to work on our attack
