I was wondering if anybody besides Julie and I are planning on going to DC for the game next week. If there are I thought it'd be a good idea to get our tickets together.
I will NOT go to a regular season game in D C. I DO intend to be there for MLS CUP 2007 to see our boys lift the Silverwear.
I wish I was able to go however I have to be somewhere else I will be in DC to witness the Revs first MLS Cup!
I agree it is a terrible place to be as DC does reside there, the devil's lair indeed. I've unfortunately never made the trip to DC, so I feel it is definately a must trip at least once for any Revs fan.
My one trip there landed me in the emergency room with knee issues, and with a nearly four digit repair bill for the Rider's van. No thanks.
I'll be refereeing high school matches that Thursday, but will be attending the September 9th match. I went last year with no incident.
I would like to go...but I don't think that is possible this week due to work. I'll be in Maine all the way through next tuesday. I had a good time though last time I went.
Among the people that are going, is there any desire for a tailgate or anything? I don't have a car or a grill, but I could contribute beer and a few people.
