Wow. That is a huge mistake on MFLS, If you look on the week 4 rankings you see that their are 29 teams, but there are 30 teams in the division. My team is not listed. When I go to my roster for week 4 it says I scored -1 points, but if you do the math of the players points you see that I scored 35 points on the week. They have been notified, I hope they correct the problem.
They had a huge problem on Wednesday and should correct it. If they don't, let me know and I'll see what I can do.
We need to start thinking about scheduling for the WizMFLS cup. The winner of the annual knockout competition is eligible to play in the CupWinnersCup link: http://www.geocities.com/dakilya/MFLScups.html Our tourney needs to be completed by week 20, so we've got 13 weeks. It will take 5 weeks to run, so we need to start no later than week 15. We want to avoid Gold Cup. Any preferences when we start it?
Now....I'm feeling a hot streak. I did move up to 14th...although it was because I did OK and everyone else sucked.
Just wondering how the format of the tournament is going to run, 2 teams get a bye, then join up with the winners of the round of 28 for a round of 16?
Looked at the Gold Cup/Copa America Schedule and the MFLS schedule. Looks like if we wait til week 15 to start, we can start after the first round of the CA. If we get through, then the Nats players wouldn't be back. Might be easiest to just start it in a week or two and just deal with the people gone to the Gold cup. It has to start by week 15 to be completed in time for the winner to compete in the Cup Winners Cup.
Just start it in two weeks. People will have plenty of notice if it really matters to them to make changes.
