Does anyone know a good place to watch the game this Saturday on HD Net? I live up north but I'd settle for just about anywhere in town in you know a good spot.
Well I'm sure there will be Wizards fans at both 810 Zones if they both have HDNet, as those are the 2 watch party locations I believe. Other then that I'm not sure how many other places have HDNet and would put the game on for you.
Any Columbia/Central MO fans are welcome to my place for the game, as I have HDNET and a suitable 32" LCD ni the den...
A friend of mine emailed me about Saturday's game. He is looking for a place to watch it on TV, are both 810 Zone locations showing it? Let me know so I can tell him. I am at a concert at the Uptown on Sat. night so no watch party for me.
Where do you live up north? I live up north as well right off 169 Hwy. and have been wanting to find somewhere that will play the games. The Brass Rail showed a few games last year but it was only one TV with no sound. They are building a new Buffalo Wild Wings in Liberty and I want to talk to them about showing the games.
I live off 169 and 152, Fountain Hills Subdivision. Yeah, I'm excited about the new Buffalo Wild Wings opening too.
Is anyone planning on going to the Leawood 810 to watch the game on Saturday? If so, let me know... I'd love to join you.
That is where I'm planning on going this weekend. The one on the plaza just didn't really suit me for some reason.
I live at 169 and 68th St so I only live about 5 miles from you. Let me know if you find a place up north for games. I probably wont be watching this one because I have a birthday bash to attend.
I'm going to check out the Buffalo Wild Wings when it opens and I'll ask them. Hopefully I can get my basement finished soon and this will not be a problem for me anymore, if you call having to go to a bar and soak up the beers and watch a game a problem.
The one in Raytown was showing games last year. I dont know if these are franchises or they are corporate owned. I think when it opens if northland Wizards fans call them up in numbers, they shouldnt mind. They have enough TVs in those places.
i was about to post how excited i was to finally make it to one of these and then i remembered i had prom
This is jumping ahead just a bit, but I just checked next Wednesday's Time Warner DVR schedule on Metrosports (home opener night), and oh guess what....they show the Royals game on that night, not the Wizards. What is going on with Metrosports??? Is this a scheduling error on Time Warner, or are they dumping us in favor of the Royals yet again?
again? The Wizards haven't been dumped for the Royals. If you're referring to the game in DC, that's more then likely because the game was on FSC, owned by Fox, and Metro Sports is affiliated with KCTV-5, a CBS station, so I assume that's why it's wasn't shown. And just looked at metro sports website: http://kcmetrosports.com/progs/index.asp?ToMonth=4&ToDay=25&ToYear=2007&submit=Submit It's being bumped off Metro Sports, but to another channel.
