Are you sure? I got my 3 thru the "Becks Flex Plan." Granted I had to buy tickets to 2 other home games but it still isn't that expensive. I paid $17.00 for the ticket and then 2 more additional ones each at $17 for a total of $51.00. I don't think it's that bad. I may have an extra if you need one. I'll know closer to game day though if I have an extra.
I couldn't find the becks flex anywhere on the tickethorse website. If you have a link i'd definitely check it out.
You've got to call the Rapids directly. They aren't putting it on the web page. I don't know why but they are making everyone call their ticket office directly. I found the number on the Rapids web page. They were very nice on the phone. I got mine in section 119 which are the cheapest at $17.00. I just think that's inexpensive for a sporting event. Although I have to get a plane ticket now from the east coast!
Seating at the Rapids' stadium!? Hi there, Just curious as to what the seating is like at the stadium the Rapids' play at. I'm a canuck planning on driving down to Colorado to see a game or two and I don't really don't how the seating is. I noticed there's 25 rows along the sidelines...how close are these rows? If I by chance was in the last row...are these crappy seats? Or can you actually make out players? I know each stadium is different, and if someone could answer my question, it'd be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!!
Re: Seating at the Rapids' stadium!? Without any exaggeration, there isn't really a bad seat in the house. Since it is all one level, you will still be able to easily make out the players from row 25. The first row is about 2 feet higher than the pitch. What I consider ideal is anywhere from rows 5-15, which allow a view of formations without taking away too much impact from being close. This is surprisingly accurate in providing vantage points: http://www.seats3d.com/mls/colorado_rapids/ Hope this helps.
i took some of the DSG on my way over to Stockport - only just returned this morning - i may have to email them to one of the more knowledgeable folks to get them up here though. jeff weary and broke - but still grinning from the trip
Re: Seating at the Rapids' stadium!? Does anyone know when they are planning on having the roads finished outside the stadium? I was out there last Saturday and it is still a mess.
Re: They turned on the lights!!!! thanks for posting the pics... im retarded and dont know how to do it!!!!
Re: They turned on the lights!!!! That is beautiful! Almost makes me wish the opener was a night game.
Re: They turned on the lights!!!! That is great! How early can we go sit in our seats? I'll just go now and wait at the gate. Thanks for the great pics!
Re: They turned on the lights!!!! Great looking stadium, pitch, everything. Love the COLORADO in the seats.
Re: They turned on the lights!!!! The first ever game in DSGP will be the intrasquad game on 4/4 (AND IT'S AT NIGHT!!) The game is at 7:30 and tickets are free. Technically, it's for season ticket holders and Commerce City residents only, but when I went to pick up my tickets they didn't even ask for proof of residency. All you have to do is go by the Commerce City Rec Center (Colorado Blvd & 60th Ave) and ask for them.
Re: They turned on the lights!!!! Good job! Stadium looks great, it's the same design concept as Pizza Hut Park, but it looks more like a real world class soccer stadium rather than a big hole in the ground like whats in Frisco, Texas. I hpoe you fans will now go out and really show your support of your club, the Rapids is a very good soccer club and a class organization and you guys really have something to be proud about!
Re: They turned on the lights!!!! Thanks ... it's amazing what the folks at Big Soccer can design when we all put our heads together.
Re: They turned on the lights!!!! Yeah, because it is us that never go to the games. In fact all the people that post here would rather watch on Altitude or via webcast.
