http://blog.washingtonpost.com/soccerinsider/ "Having said that, I just might have a good story for you late tonight with significant U.S. soccer implications. Be sure to check the main sports page at www.washingtonpost.com before bedtime." quoted from Steve Goff at the Washington Post
I read that too and I also quickly though thought about a new coach ... I dont know I though bradly did a good job whther he stays or not he stepped up and filled the position abmirably and for that i think he should be thanked appropriatly
It says US soccer, not the national team specifically so it could basically be anything from the open cup to a new coach.
I would doubt they would til now to name a head coach. If anything I would think they're finally gonna remove the "interim" tag from hard-working bobs title. Then again it might have something to do with Gold Cup or Copa America. We'll see

It looks like hard workin bob is gonna have a job for a longer period of time dont know where i stand on this one really just gonna have to watch and see how our group turns out in 2010 lol and how far we get... http://mlsunderground.blogspot.com/index.html Lead story Interim tag to be removed wonder what Sunlilili Gulatttiis is thinking as he was hoping to be the "guy" who landed the magical european wonder Sorry didn't see the link already posted above.
Bradley would be alright with me. I think he will relate better to the players than a foreign coach would. Not that there is anything wrong with having a foreign coach, but I don't think you can turn the USMNT into Euroclones like Coach Arena wanted. Bradley will already understand that. Wins are important, style is secondary.
i thoght he did a good job too play style wise but his offensive personal was questinable at times. i mean rolfe and donovan both the starting forwards against mexico? bringing in ej who just ist in form and starting him against denmark which wasnt really that bad but he should of started rolfe up top instead of at attacking left mid or donovan instead
I will support whatever happens. I also hope we put a priority on watching and communicating with our young euro players. Someone needs to be watching everything happening over there as much as MLS. IMO we've had a huge void in this area.
MLS Underground has updated with a 'never mind' http://mlsunderground.blogspot.com/index.html I'm not completely on the Bob Bradley Bandwagon just yet but he has had a great start (dos - cero baby!). The fact that he is playing not only to win but to also prepare the team (playing less experienced players in the Mexico game, for example) is an important point that shouldn't be overlooked. As Grant Wahl said, it was a pretty gutsy move. If they don't offer the job to him, I hope they don't pick a 'foreign' coach just for the sake of it (I know that Klinsmann isn't just for the sake of it). We went through our Bora Miluntinovic era. He was fine then but the coach needs to be someone who understands American soccer culture/players.
why would you say that? most of the young euro players dont even play very much thats why they arent called in
