Now that we finally know the name, when and where can we get those new kits? I love the look and want to be the first on my block to wear it everywhere including church. RFO, please let us know!! I kept a Christmas gift card just for this purpose and it is burning a hole in my pocket. Since we saw that previous link to the jerseys on EBay, they must be sitting out there just waiting for our money. I can hardly wait!!!:D

MLSGear.com updated the logo but still has the old Rapids stuff. They're not yet discounted either.

If you go to the Rapids not yet updated website and click on the link for Store, you will be taken to a page where you can reserve one of the new jerseys. I did that twice, once for myself and once for my son. The only thing is that it doesn't specify or give you the opportunity to choose which one. I want one no matter what, so I will get my name in the hat and dicker later.:)

Just reserved one of the new kits. Nice color scheme. Now that we've got the brand new stadium, new uniforms, partnership, etc. it's time to see the quality of this years team. The pre-season build-up has been fun, let's hope April 7th and this year's team brings us more excitement!

That's Daniel Wasson. Here's a link to a video of Cooke, Beckerman, Hernandez, and Brown modeling the new kits at today's press conference.

I've already posted this elsewhere but thought I might do it again in this thread.

Between the jerseys and the badge, this may be one of the few times that a team has really nailed it when rebranding. FC Dallas' jerseys are nice, but there was some hoo-hah about the badge. The Galaxy's sash still draws criticism. Both are better than the previous but still not universally pleasing.

The Rapids may have done it. Great badge design, great jersey design. 3rd time's a charm.

I liked the last kits, loved the old green ones, but these are the best yet.
    The badge is very slick.
I find it interesting that the partnership is with Arsenal and they look more like the Hammers.
That is all I have to say about that.

    beautiful kits.

question, i have never purchased a jersey. i wear xxl because i like some room, lol anyways, xxl in jersey size is probably much bigger right?
so would an XL jersey be basicly like a normal xxl shirt?

    thanks for any info guys.

The picture of the 3 players on the Altitude site are Niko on the left and Brown on the right but have no idea who the one in the middle is. I know for sure it is not Wassen, must be one of the new signings. Can anyone identify him?

Very nice. I think keeping the Rapids name was a good move. Congradulations Rapids fans, your new kit/badge is awesome and you have a new stadium to wear them in. This'll be a good year for soccer in Colorado.

I would say they have Aston Villa's colors--at least in the logo, they do.
