with a seemingly comfortable lead(2-0 lead being the "worst" lead aside), let's hope we see Dempsey.

Is this 3 matches in a row Montella has struck the net?? If so, hopefully for Fulham sakes this is not "beginners (or new transfers) luck".

What a signing and partner for BMB.

Ah, yes... my apologies... completely slipped past that "minor" detail.

Well, there is always hope of settling him at Craven Cottage, no?

    Rock on McBride!!!

I think that's 10 goals in all comps: 7 League, 3 in Cups.

Claus Jensen on for McBride. Commentators say Davies has moved to the right and Dempsey is up playing striker.

folks - I'm not comfortable using Bigsoccer to promote ways of spoofing your IP address or gaining access to commercial streams without paying for them.

If you want to listen to the games, the officially right answer is.... pay for them.

I can't wait to see what kind of celebration Clint pulls out when he scores his first goal.

I don't know if it's becuase of traffic from the yanks but the fulham site has slowed down considerable

it is of course very hard to tell from the match trackers but it looks like Dempsey had a quiet time but then again the reading match tracker made it seem like convey wasn't doing much either but he was getting some good touches on the ball

It's always been like that. It can be almost impossible to enter the messageboard after a game.

Just to note, Dempsey took two shots (one unofficial): the one that went wide (the keeper had to go down to cover it) and a second one that went high where advantage on a foul was given, allowing him the shot, but the referee then decided to bring the ball back and give a free kick.

Dempsey lost the ball on his first dribbling run, was credited by the commentators with a good bit of skill in the center circle later on (no description of it), and Stoke had a near-own goal at the end with a giveaway to Jensen who passed to Dempsey who passed to Davies whose shot was almost deflected into the net.

For some reason, the BBC play-by-play man was repeatedly surprised at how good McBride is in the air.

Boca seemed to do well in defense and was credited with "standing up" and taking the ball away at one point when Stoke broke into the area.
