I will be studying in Madrid this coming semester and my only worry about going over there is that I wont be able to see El Tri and/or America games. I know there is a substantial Mexican population in Madrid, so I was wondering if anyone knew anything in regards to seeing El Tri games over there? (I know that the chances of seeing the Mexican League over there is really slim). If not, does anyone know where i can find a television futbol programing guide online, for Madrid? PS. Back in the day when I first joined these boards, i remember that there was a regular poster in the Mexican board here who lived in Spain. I dont know if he is still here or not. Do any of you old timers know who I am talking about?
umm i don't know his name but i know i ripped him once for talking about how mexican he was yet he lived in spain, so if you check back a while on posts i've made you would be able to find him. later
I'm not going to promise anything because I didn't live in Madrid. I lived in a small town on the Andalucian coast. But when I did go to Malaga and spent a night there, in my hotel they got Televisa. I watched an America-Tigres game that night. So it is possible to see games. However, in my 8 months there, that was all I saw. Eurosport or one of the Canal Plus channels might pick up a NT game, but they definitely won't pick up an America game. Just check Marca daily as they run detailed TV listings.
