Can you dispense with allegories and just say it? 1. She is a good player on a poor team. 2. She is a selfish player and doesn't care what her teammates do 3. These are the only two examples I could think of.
She definitely has some moves, I only watched a bit of the game but she really stuck out as a really good player!
I agree the thread is a little confusing. The title sounds like a compliment...the quote....well, I'm not sure what that means.
She was showing skill when her teammates were playing kick 'n wish. Or, she was snorting coke during a tennis tournament. I forget which.
Not that familiar with the USWNT, but I'm in US soccer withdrawal, so I'm going to dive right in - please forgive my ignorance. Lori Chalupny likes to dribble a bit much when the easy pass would do? Perhaps like Christian Ronaldo? (And that's just a comparison to a player who has a penchant for individual effort, not an allegory, right?) And what's the reference to Coke snorting?
