Cuando a Jaime Iván Kaviedes alguien le pregunta el color de su corazón, no tiene reparos en decir que es azul. Sus latidos llevan corriente eléctrica, aún cuando él asegura también que a la camiseta amarilla la defiende hasta la muerte. Por ello, si anota un gol ante el equipo de sus amores no sabe aún si lo celebrará. "Pensar en eso tiene algo de morboso. Yo se lo dejo para la expectativa de la gente, no he pensado en eso, nunca lo hago, nunca lo sé. Tal vez no, tal vez sí, no lo sé. Estoy tranquilo, quiero jugar el Clásico, no he perdido ninguno hasta ahora y espero que el del domingo no sea la excepción", expresa. Sin embargo, su actuación ante Emelec todavía es una gran incógnita. Pese a que ha entrenado 'normalmente' con el resto de sus compañeros, el enganche amarillo aún no se recupera de su problema en el tobillo izquierdo. "Estoy listo, siempre lo estoy para jugar, aunque esté en una pierna o tenga los meniscos rotos. El tema es que cojeo mucho y eso está afectando la otra pierna y también puede llegar a afectarme la rodilla que me estaba molestando un poco antes. Estoy practicando, es cierto, pero he tenido que infiltrarme para hacerlo, ya que no quiero quedarme fuera del Clásico", explica. El del número ocho amarillo es un problema atípico en un lugar muy poco usual. "Es en el talón izquierdo, donde uno pone todo el peso del cuerpo. Cuando me balanceo hacia un lado me molesta, por eso he descansado por completo, porque el entrenador me dijo que quería contar conmigo, pero al ciento por ciento de mis capacidades", explica. Ecuador has much better players with a much better up side than Kaviedes does... Dude, there is a reason why he gets kicked out of every team he has ever joined. No hay mas ciego que el que no quiere ver.
Re: Jaime Ivan Kaviedes Rumors and News yup yup.. and im not saying he is crap either, i mean theres gotta be a reason why hes made a living playing soccer... but there are hundreds of other ecua players who are equally if not better than him at this moment. The fact that he has not been playing consistently along with his injury problems all contributed to the situation he is in now, which is ... he is finished, i guess he can continue playing in the Liga Ecuatoriana (if even that), but for the national team I hope Suarez doesn't give him any more chances... once again thanks Kaviedes, hes gonna be remembered as he was one of our best at one point but unfortunately most ppl will prob remember him for all the wrong reasons
