The Yorkshire Evening Post has this afternoon named Jody Morris as the man at the centre of the alleged sex assault case. Morris was the man held overnight according to the paper. The ex Chelsea man was signed on a free in the summer. The newspaper goes on to name Jermaine Pennant as the other man involved, although it says there is no question at this stage of any wrong doing on Pennants part. He has not been arrested, or charged. At this stage, the police have asked for a further 12 hours to question Morris, who has not been chargged.
