    does anyone know if i can watch the match on saturday anywhere on the internet (preferably for free!)?
    and who is everyone supporting? im going for the national team, but i'll be happy whoever wins.

    Oops. Is this a requirement to watch on the internet, and only on the internet ?
    The game is going to be live on ABC, and you can get ABC even if you don't have a cable !

    Not if you live in Birmingham, England.

    Channel 5 shows some tape-delayed MLS games in the UK, so check their schedule.

    ive checked the schedules on Channel 5, and they aint showin any MLS matches, but thanx for the suggestion. can anyone else help? much appreciated if u can.

    home-made tapes taped from the tv wont work in this country. store-bought ones are fine though... could i buy a copy off abc?

    you sure they won't work? i'd be MORE than happy to send you a copy to try it out....let me know. I'm all for the nat's to win, but I'm rooting for Twellman and the MLS-ers too!

    Tape might work, if a special "multi-system" video player is used, the one that supports not only NTSC standard, but PAL also. I think, AKAI models do that.
    And I hope, there should be places in England where it's possible to make a copy from a video tape, translating it to the correct format.

    SoccrGirl4: my friend says he'll tape it, but if it isnt too much trouble, can u tape it just in case he forgets? i'll tell u whether or not he did, then if he did, u can keep the vid. if not, i'll give u my address. thanx.

    oh yeah, thurs 8th at 3 in the morning on Ch5. i think i will set the video for that one! thanx SoccrGirl4, but u dont need to tape it for me now! cheers noah!
