The South Korean exodus at Kashiwa Reysol is to continue with World Cup striker Hwang Sun-hong scheduled to leave at the weekend, the J-League club confirmed on Wednesday...The combative forward has been linked with a move to the New York/New Jersey MetroStars in U.S. Major League Soccer.

With Big Mama and Clint Mathis now coming back from injury and Faria as a back up - I am not sure why they are trying to sign an aging striker at this point when all along they have been looking for an aging defender. Anyone?

Also notes Galaxy still interested in an unnamed Korean player - any Korean player - who knows?

Too continue in the MLS tradition of ethnic pandering: Mexicanos to L.A., Portuguese to N.E., Columbianos to NY, etc ,etc.. :)

If not the Metros then the Galaxy!

Depending on how bad Ruiz was hurt last night, an over-age Korean striker for LAG doesn't sound all that bad.
