    The flip side to that is that:

    1. The way the rule is worded is clear,
    2. Transfer business takes months to sort out,
    3. Xhaka, Cedric, and Saka will miss out because of the Liverpool game, which occurred the way it did under rather dodgy circumstances.

    Everyone has enough youngsters in their academies to play these games, I’m pretty sure they are applying this criteria to first team rosters.

    My first reaction was “oh boy, poor Auba, it’s been a rough several months for him.

    And after reading the AP story, I was wondering whether the lesions were caused by Covid or just coincidental?

    More than likely myocarditis because of COVID. Nothing to scoff at but usually resolves with a bit of time and rest.
