Very easy. Honduras no doubt should top the group. They'll face the 3rd team from group A or C, which could be El Salvador, Cuba, Canada or Guadeloupe ..I have feeling Honduras could be in the Final match :D

    Monday, June 6 –The Home Depot Center (Carson, CA)Jamaica vs. Grenada, 6 p.m.(9 p.m. EDT)Honduras vs. Guatemala, 8 p.m.(11 p.m. EDT)

Friday, June 10 –FIU Stadium (Miami, FL)
    Jamaica vs. Guatemala, 7 p.m.(7 p.m. EDT)Grenada vs. Honduras, 9 p.m.(9 p.m. EDT)

Monday, June 13 –Red Bull Arena (Harrison, NJ)
    Guatemala vs. Grenada, 7 p.m.(7 p.m. EDT)Honduras vs. Jamaica, 9 p.m.(9 p.m. EDT)

We are definately looking at Home Field advantage for all 3 games.. Last time we played in Carson (In January of last year against the US in a friendly), we out numbered them. and theres the possibility of there being more. Should be a great atmosphere none the less.. LA has tons of Chapines and Catrachos.

FIU..Thats like home away from home. Tons of Catrachos in South Florida.. hell we played the majority of our friendlies there..another great Catracho turn out..

and finally Red Bull Arena in Harrison NJ.. tons of Hondurans in the NJ-NYC area. we all remember that Honduras vs. Mexico Gold Cup fixture.. literally packed 50-50.. and thats a tough task against a Mexican contingency.

This may very well play to our advantage boys.

The problem should not be the group stage. The problem will be having to face the second place of Group C, which could be Panama, Canada or Guadaloupe. None of them easy games.

BTW I'll be present at the Miami game. I've played a few times myself on the FIU stadium. Horrible turf.

I agree 100% ..we have a good team capable of anything but I've said it before, our federation is garbage.

Man i want to qualify for the confederations cup! Surely this can't be the policy for all competing nations, if not then we will be at a major disadvantage. When it says all legionarios does that even include those in China, Mexico and the US as well as those in europe?

Regardless of players though we will always be bringing la garra catracha!

I'm trying to be positive there aint no way in heaven that.. We win a copa oro with the likes of Erick Norales, Johnny Palacios, Jerry Bengtson, Roger Rojas, Emil Martinez, and Jorge Claros all starting...

they're somewhat good, but not nearly the same level as those like Gio, Dempsey, Atiba Hutchinson, Tejada, and other legionarios the other countries will bring.

this guy is an idiot. BONAFIDE IDIOT.

why do Mexicans say we bunker against them in every game... smh.

thats clearly not the case, we strictly bunker only when we're in El Azteca.. outside of that we usually run at them with speed since they tend to be slower than our wings.

They must have selective memory.. the last time we played Mexico in neutral ground was in 07 when we beat Mexico from a goal down... and in Honduras... they usually get ran off the field.

this bunker stuff... me no know.

They are scared. They haven't beaten us outside of Azteca since the early 90s.

now once again they're on that high horse because they have the Chicharo-Vela-Gio combo upfront. Claiming that they will dominate us and the rest and score countless goals..

07 all over again... Expect that High Horse to be brought down extra hard!

I'd go as far to say the early 80s.

they lost in Honduras thanks to Nicolas Suazo.

They beat us in Tegus in 93. Since then they have not beaten us outside of Azteca.

I heard today that Honduras might get invited to Copa America in place of Japan if Japan elects not to go now because of earthquake. That wasn't the suprising part, I was suprised to hear that they said that Honduras already said they would not be taking their best squad to Copa Oro (guys playing outside Honduras would not be on squad). Why is this? Are they basically saying they have not shot of winning Gold Cup? And if they do get invitd to Copa America, what team would they take? CONCACAF already isnot allowing us (Mexico) to take a normal squad, we have to play Copa America with a U-22.

By the way, if anyone is looking to buy tickets to any COpa Oro game, use code USAFAN int he Special Offer code box at ticketmaster and you not only can start buying them now before they go on sale to Public on wednesday, but you get $5 off per ticket.

I think it's because of the players. The European players see this competition beneath them. Frustrating to be honest. You'd expect that if we do get invited to the Copa America, we'd take an U-22 squad as well.

I think Callejas is bluffing.. Suarez will have to seriously live up to his WC hype if he can pull something off in Copa de Oro with the domestic squad we'll have.

For the upp-teenth time; Copa Oro is a ticket to the best pre-WC practice tourney there is, the Confederations Cup. Honduras should be fighting tooth and nail for the opportunity.

    Here's my ultimate 11:

    ...................................................N. Valladares.......................................................

    M.Sabillon(H.Thomas?).........O. Chavez.............M. Figueroa.................E. Izaguirre

    .......................................................W. Palacios....................................................

    E. Alvarez..........................................J.C. De Leon....................................R.Nuñez

    ................................................D. Suazo...................C. Costly..............................
