I just found out that Fulham will be on PPV against Chelsea on Nov 13th at 9AM Central time. Judging by the performances of the Whites on TV this year, it may not be pretty, but you never know.

I ponder the same question myself. I will probably stay home and watch it. I fear the worsrt when the Whites are on TV. It will be a game time decision on my whereabouts before this one.

How much do you guys pay for PPV games? They are $20 on our system. The pub usually charges $10 to get in and then you can get an Irish breakfast for another $9 or $10 (feels like you have cannonball in your stomach all day but that's ok).

    I pay whatever DirecTV wants...I think about $15 - $20 bucks...

If I go to NYC, I don't pay anything (usually) at this Man U. bar but there is no food and all there is to drink is Beer (at 8am mind you, which isn't a bad thing).

I've been referred to this place in Hoboken, NJ (where I live) but I have yet to see what the deal is there. Might be a cover, might not...we'll see.

I have Dish Network and they charge $29.99 for the weekend matches. That will be the Fulham-Cheslea game on Saturday, the 13th and then the other match on Sunday morning. I got the season pass, which was a rip off. The selection of games has been crap. I am disappointed with it to be honest with you.
The bar charges you to watch the games??? That is strange. Here in Chicago, they only charge for Setanta, World Cup Qualifiers. There are 4 or 5 places in Chicago to go to.

It works the same here in Minneapolis. We have two places downtown that run the games and usually charge $5-$10 depending on who is playing... during Euro they were charging $20-$25... but, one of the places has a very nice room for the games with big comfy couches, etc... and some attractive staff... so you get what you pay for, I suppose!

I went to a place in Minneapolis to see Mojave 3 called Quest Club in the Ascot Room. It was a cozy little place with some couches around and stuff. Nice place. I think Prince runs that joint. Is that right?

Back in the day, he owned it when it was called Glam Slam... it's been quite a few years since it changed ownership. Now it's owned by the Evil Empire (ClearChannel). It is one of the nicer rooms in town for live music. Good sound, good sightlines... but it lacks some of the character that a few of our other venues have.

I just spent $20 on the Arsenal Man Utd match.$20 is way too high for a match.Dont they play at 12:45 england time against Blackburn because if they do then that match will probably be on.

Thereal. If you have ESPN Deportes you get 8 matches of the Champions League each matchday and maybe some World Cup Qualifiers I didnt get ESPND until after the Qualfiers but, it did have repeast of Portugal vs Russia and Netherlands vs Finland also you get one match each week from the Netherlands. So if those matches suck on the Season package thing then you could watch Champions League but, after the matchdays they show sportscenter and baseball all day.

Fulhamfc3, where do you live at? I do not get ESPN Deportes through my satellite provider without ordering all the Spanish speaking channels, which I have no interest doing. I know some markets do offer this channel. I would like to see some Dutch soccer. I do miss it on FSW. I wish they would have kept the Dutch and dumped the French. Oh well.

Well it is worth ordering all spanish channels to get this channel. On Tuesday and Wednesday on matchdays its like 10 hours of Football. Plus i also got FSW in Spanish so i get Copasudamericana and mexican League matches and Tape Delay of Englsih Football which is the same matches as FSW but, its on tape delay like the 4:30 match is on at 9:00 AM.Yea they dont offer the Channel itself here but, it only cost me $4 so it was worth it.

For me to get all the Spanish channels, it is quite expensive. Possibly $20-30. I am not interested in the Mexican leagues and despite loving the Champions League, I am always at work for those games and I do not have Tivo. It sounds like a good deal for you. I guess I will just continue with my GolTV and FSW. They serve me well on Saturdays and Sundays. Also on Thursday nights, like tonight, when Dream Team is on. I get a kick out of that show.

Cheers to that. I did not think many people watched that show. There is another thread on BS about that show that I usually visit on Friday's after the Thursday episode.

$20 is way too much for them channels. Yea the Champions League is on delay they have the first match live then the rest are on delay its my time 11:30 AM til 10:30 PM of non stop Football well there is one matcch that is a repeat so its like 8 hours of non stopp Football. I like FC Internazionale too so thats another reason why i ordered this channel.Dream Team is a soap oprea. Its an ok show sure but, they could make it a little more of a football show.My fav show besides Football on FSW is Fox Football Friday.

I think Dream Team being a soap opera is what is god about it. I mean my girlfriend and I watch it together and if it was all about football, she would not be all that interested.
As for Fox Football Friday, it is not bad. It is nice to see a live show devoted to Football (soccer) on TV. I get a little tired of the two guys on there, but it is not bad. If I am home and it on, I will watch it for a little while. Once they start talking about the Brazilian and/or Argentinian leagues, I turn it. I wish it was all EPL.

If I wanted to watch a soap opera I would watch Days of our lives. Its an ok show but, sometimes its all drama. FFF(Fox Football Friday) is a great show. All Football for one hour plus its entertaining. Like they cant agree on anything. Friday has some good show FFF Football Asia Ganbare EPL Preview all great shows. South American leagues are very entertaining. But, they always show River Plate and Boca they should show some different matches.
