Everyone suscribed to the Metrostars e-mail service should be getting (I just got it) an email.
the metros will give people who become metromembers a free turkey!

This will defintely be the final factor for those on the fence.
    Get your Metromemberships now!

No offense, but you have to be a complete moron or someone who does not give a rat's ass to not get a free turkey each and every year. Multiple grocery stores offer those "frequent customer" cards that give you discounts on certain items when you shop. They they give you a free turkey if you spend something like $150 or $200 on groceries over the course of the year.

    Gobble gobble.

Who knew KRS-ONE frequented the Metro boards. Who's next, Scott LaRock?

Turkey's already a democracy. We'd be better off Freeing Tibet.

I have heard of supermarket night crews bowling with frozen turkeys (soda bottles are the pins) but never playing soccer.

This is officially the dumbest promotion I have heard of.
