He has said that "Real Madrid deserve to win the Champions league because Real Madrid is playing a play very attractive to watch . I watch Real Madrid yesterday - Real Madrid vs Olimpique- and i'm excited with what they do. It is a soccer of other galaxy. Naturally there is no guarantee of which they are going to win the champions league and everybody knows that they have its defensive problems but a team that plays the soccer that they are playing would deserve to win the champion league" I'm very happy and proud that a soccer legend like Franz Beckenbauer, that is the president of a RM rival team like Bayern Munich speak like this about the Real Madrid. I think Beckenbauer is already starting the mind games early this season, piling on the pressure on Madrid. It is way too early to talk about who 'deserves' to win the CL, when only 1 game has been played so far. And even though Marseille is not bad, it's not the best team Madrid will face if they plan on going far in this tournament either.
He´s trying, but I doubt it will work. The veterans on the team knows what it takes to get there, and they won´t let excessive praise get into their heads.
I think that Beckenbauer are sinceres. if he would be trying to put pressure, he would say "With these big players the RM should win very easy the CL", but not, he is speaking about that how much he like to watch the RM play. And he speak about RM "weak" parts. He wouldn't say that RM have any "weak" part if he were trying to put pressure.

I've read them all (I was bored ) and I don't see where he supposedly went wrong. The topics he created have nothing in common, apart from them being topics that pertain to Madrid of course, which is why they are on this forum. I've also read the "Moderator Do's" by the by, and nowhere did I see you should merge two different topics with each other. There is any logic reason to merge many of the threads, but you have merged them. And with your aptitude of "MASTER OF UNIVERSE", you haven't answered when someone has ask you the reason of merge threads. Where i asked to the people of these forum about their opinion of what is happening with you in the last times, with your aptitude, and with the problem of merge threads. Let’s see....I am willing to bet $200! minuscapita, you can be right, but we must enjoy the present, and the team has played great in the last games, a play that are very dificult to see in other teams. In the future, we have the problem of to not have enought players as Centerback and defense Midfielders in case of injuries. it could be decisive in a long season. Or maybe, players like Borja could be a great surprise for the future. What we know is that FB like other people is enjoying with the play of the team.
