    From kcwizards.com

Kansas City’s next match will take place on Wednesday, August 7th in Morelia, Mexico when the Wizards face Monarcas Morelia in the first leg of the Champions Cup Semifinals. The match will kickoff at 3:00 p.m. CT. Fans can follow the match via MatchTracker by logging on to www.MLSnet.com.

found this towards the bottom of the match report last night.

I am and not sure of Curt Johnson had anything to do with this, but from the conversation the other day he said he would see if something could be done. If you did, thanks Curt.

Just a note about that game, if somebody already said this, sorry... Sounds like Igor may not be able to play the game down there because of passport/visa issues.

THOSE F***ERS!!! I thought NAFTA greased the skids for all that hooey. I'm going to be 65 before KC has a clean honest game south of the border. If then!

What F'ing crap! That pisses me off so much.

Anyways... Glad to see we'll be able to follow it and hopefully Curt can work something out so we can watch it.

it's easy to be a bit jaded towards our friends in the south. On second thought, I bet somebody just plain dropped the ball in our front office. From the day Igor was signed KC has known of the possibility of having to travel abroad for this game. It should be standard operating procedure (SOP) that every country in the competition was checked to see if problems existed with any player.

If nobody thought to check then it's just inexcusable.

Hopefully, it can get solved in time. Meanwhile somebody with immigration friends call them to find a way to bar their top F, GK, and playmaker from entering the lower 48. I'd be happy to call a line also.

Ok, so lets not let any of their players in the country. And check their fans for green cards at the gate. :)
