Big games this week (and place your predictions) Missouri Oklahoma (1) USC (4) Notre Dame Iowa (9) Ohio State (8) Texas Tech (23) Oklahoma State (24) Purdue (15) Wisconsin (12) Michigan State (18) Minnesota (19) Florida Arkansas (11) And add more if I missed any games of national significance.
you would think so even with the buckeyes loss, but herbie didn't say anything about it on his radio show in columbus today. which is odd, b/c usually he announces when the show will be in columbus so i am guessing they will be elsewhere. edi: just found out, gameday will be in madison... purdue vs. wisconsin. interesting choice, but then again they have been in columbus twice this year so i don't blame them for going elsewhere; they were here for the washington and nc state games.
I wouldn't have picked Madison....but as you said, they have already been to Columbus. And there aren't really any marquee games this weekend.

Big games this week (and place your predictions) 24 Missouri 45 Oklahoma (1) 27 USC (4) 12 Notre Dame 14 Iowa (9) 24 Ohio State (8) 38 Texas Tech (23) 33 Oklahoma State (24) 27 Purdue (15) 31 Wisconsin (12) 26 Michigan State (18) 19 Minnesota (19) 17 Florida 13 Arkansas (11) And add more if I missed any games of national significance.
Oh, what the heck, I'll give this one a shot 14 Missouri 34 Oklahoma (1) - Mizzou isn't going to do it two weeks in a row. 27 Southern Cal (5) 10 Notre Dame 13 Iowa (9) 21 Ohio State (8) 13 Texas Tech (23) 14 Oklahoma State (24) 6 Purdue (15) 27 Wisconsin (12) 17 Michigan State (18) 14 Minnesota (19) 20 Florida 21 Arkansas (11) - A Florida loss will all but hand the SEC East to Georgia.
WSU Here's to hoping they come to Pullman next week for 6-1 Washington State versus 6-1 Oregon State. They've teased at coming here for the last three years - maybe it is time.
Re: WSU Putting the cart a bit in front of the horse, aren't you? Washington is slumping, but they own Oregon State (minus 2001's debacle at OSU). This is a very winnable game for the Huskies, one that could vault them back into Rose Bowl contention. Oregon State's recent succes vs. Washington (winning at home in 2001, barely losing at UW in 2000) came with Erickson as the coach. I'm not sure Riley's the best big game coach. Having said that, it is also a very losable game for Washington as well. So far Gilbertson has proven that his mediocre track record as a head coach wasn't a fluke. The same question is asked of him as I asked of Riley: Can he win the big game? This game will decide which direction Washington goes for the rest of the season. My prediction, I'm sad to say, is Beavers 28, Huskies 24. Stephen Jackson's too much for the Huskies, who hang around most of the game thanks to Derek Anderson's ineptness. Wazzu at Stanford should be a win for the Cougars, but road games in conference are never give me's. I agree, it will most likely be 6-1 OSU at 6-1 Wazzu next weekend. However, the Huskies could surprise the Beavers at Processed Foods Stadium.
My picks: 3 Missouri 51 Oklahoma (1) 24 USC (4) 20 Notre Dame 13 Iowa (9) 16 Ohio State (8) 9 Texas Tech (23) 35 Oklahoma State (24) 27 Purdue (15) 21 Wisconsin (12) 13 Michigan State (18) 27 Minnesota (19) 10 Florida 23 Arkansas (11)
