    John was one of the best reasons to watch the Battery in 2001--and they were a damn fine team at the time, too.

    It's a pleasure to be watching him again.

    I'm happy for Johnny, could happen to an better guy.

    We've been singing his praises for years in Charleston and even though he left us last year to go to Rochester, we still have a soft spot for him and he visits us often down here. Always one who has time to talk to everyone.
