United travel to Scouserland, having rested a few key players in midweek against Chelsea.

    Live on FSW, 7:30am, ET.

Father Ted, perhaps you could get a bet going with Matt Clark over this match. :D

Yea and if you win you can tell him to ******** off these boards for a year. ( Oh I can dream cant I?) but seriously I am going with a 4-2. Ronaldo scores a brace with Rooney and Giggs getting in and EL MORO and Baros scoring for the crap! :p

Well to be fair, we don't get nearly as many Scousers on here as we did a few years ago. Wonder why that is?

My DISH guide says 7:00 as well, but kickoff is listed at 7:30 on soccer websites. I'm guessing the extra time is pregame. One of the things I have noticed about the early matches is that they kick off a bit late. I've missed the last 10 minutes of several matches because my DISH DVR stopped recording at 9:30.

Since I am "west side" i get to wake up at 4:30am for this one. The FSW games usually are on at 4:30, when i have gotten there at 4am its been nothing but exercise machines and perfomence enhancing drugs infomercials until 4:30.

Giggs seems to be at least available for this one, though I am not sure if he'll start. Rooney and Saha are here too so we should not have to field the lone striker anymore.

    3:30pm Kenya time!

Saha to start, I say. His pace is exactly what we need against that 'pool defence. Hyppia would be overlapped by Blanc in a 100m dash, and Pellegrino isn't exactly a bullet himself. At the back we'll have to be strong: Fernando to debut against us.

Im a 4:30 am guy too..
My experience out here is that the games actually kickoff at about 4:40 - 4:45..
Not usually a problem as it gives one a chance to make the coffee, think about the halftime breakfast menu, and load the shotgun in case things dont begin too well.

We all are, mate. Bar Ruud and G Nev, should be a full-strength line-up, which really should be too good for the scousers, home or away

We should play this game with Saha and Smith up front, and Rooney behind em.
I'm looking forward to the Ferdinand - Morientes battle.

    2-1.

    Rooney.
    Then Baros.
Then Giggs (if he really is playing) or if not, Smudger.

Can't wait, I have a rake of Pool fans as mates, and a few ManU, too - the pubs will be packed!

I've decided to do my part for United and its injury situation... I warm up before every game in the hopes that our players wont pull or tear anything and of course I do lots of stretching before and after matches... I am also considering taking some Buckley's Cough Medicine (you cant really call that syrrup can you?) to help Gary get over whatever it is he has...

I'm in the same boat, man, surrounded by 'Pool fans. I've got a good friend from Derry that's moving here and he flies in late Fri. night. Likely an all-night session culminating in watching the match at 7:30, then hopefully me giving him ******** for the foreseeable future after a Utd win. :)

Oh, is that all? Practically a youth teamer then.

Yeah but can he compete with Drogba? :p

Sounds disturbingly like the average BigSoccer poster...
