Depending on how the result goes tomorrow night hinges on whether i go to the inter away game or not.

Is anyone from these boards going? i looked on ebookers.com and got flights for £78 (£105 all in)

What about accomodation? does anyone know any decent hotels and the best location in which to stay.. near boozers, ground and airport anyone of those would be great, but all three the more better.

I will be going. I too went to the "Super Cup" game with AC Milan, and also stayed there and travelled down to Genoa for that unforgettable game with Sampdoria and Seaman's penalty saves after Stefan Schwarz's last minute goal. I can't remember the name of the hotel at present, but it was good and about a 15 minute walk from the San Siro. It's a good city to visit.
I would also suggest checking out "RyanAir" for cheap flights to other cities close to Milan and get a train down, which is a cheap form of travel. Italy is a big route for RyanAir and I can't remember if they actually go to Milan, but they do to Turin, Genoa, Pisa, etc.
Worth trying. There should also be plenty of tickets available at the ground as well if you don't have any before going. Buying from "touts" there is different from England. There people buy them from the club who are happy to sell, as then they don't have too, and sometimes they are cheaper than from the club!
    Apparently, it's all legit!

That could be the trueist word youve ever spoken my friend!

Heres a link what i posted on the newcastle united board about the san siro.

That said, that was the national team and not neccassarily the inter fans. I suppose each country has got these "fans" that bring shame to their country and their flag.

lol, yeah i had heard about that motobike thing before, i actually laughed in disbelief @ how

    1) they could get a moped or wotever it was thro the turnstyles and past stewards, clearly they dont care.
    2) how they could drag that up all those flights, that is a hell of a way to drag something liek that up, i mean im 24 and was nearly dead climbing up to the top of the newcastle stand yet alone dragging a moped or small bike up with me!!
