Kilbane has found himself in hot water with the mackems once more during their pre season friendly loss today.

He wasn't playing a blinder by any means and Sunderland we're loseing the match, it all game to a head when Kilbane put in a poor cross into the box and the Sunderland fans got on his back and started booing, it seems he's had enough and he 'gestured' to the Sunderland fans and they in return chanded "off, off" Reid saw the danger and subbed Kilbane off, this one will run and run for a bit.

On the plus side, Thomas Butler had yet another blinder.

    ahh the two finger

makes for an interesting next game no? sunderland fans have alot more to worry about this season than kilbanes poor crosses though. if they're going to get on peoples cases for poor plays it's going to be a long season.

Well, put it this way, if you're a top class player would you sign for a club with fans like that? Reid had beer thrown on him and Kilbane wasn't the only one gesturing towards the crowd, though he apparently used the worst 'gesture'.
