Just curious what RSL supporters had planned for Kreis's 100th goal. No MLS player has hit that milestone yet and it is considered a massive accomplishment in any league in the world.

He should hit it fairly soon as he is just 3 goals away.

Not sure what is planned; I can tell you that it has been and is being marketed by the club. I received a flyer and had a club rep speak to me about how important it is to come support Kreis as he strives to become the first to reach 100 goals. That's already worlds ahead of most front offices.

We could make a bunch of Alfred E. Newman $100 bills and throw them like confetti when he hits #100...

I got an email about 2 minutes after Kreis scored his 97 goal from a staff guy to update the Loyalist website. :)

I know there is some big things planned, but I don't know what.
    I'll get back to you.

But given all 13 home goals (including 3 in the exhibition match) have been at the South end, can he PLEASE break the record by blasting a shot into the north goal?

I think aosthed's idea only needs a little modifying:

Someone ought to make up a banner that LOOKS like a $100 bill with Kreis's face on it and hang it by the supporter's section as encouragement.

That's a good idea. For the sake of the fans, I hope goal 100 comes at home and not on the road. Although either way it will still be awesome. I say he nets one this week at Chivas, one in K.C., and gets his 100th at home vs. FC Dallas.

But if he wants to go ahead and get all three this weekend that's cool too.

SOunds like you guys have the bases covered, good job..the Kreis faced $100 bill banner sounds sweet.

He is one of the classier players to grace our league and seems to have reserected his career in Salt Lake. Would be only fitting if he gets that goal agianst FC Dallas.

If it happens July 23, how about we let off all the fireworks right after the goal. :D

    Pet peeve:

What are the odds that it is replayed on the Jumbotron?

Is it only me or does it seem that they replay every one of DJ's saves (nothong wrong with that) but after we score they spend so much time showing the players' celebrations that they never get around to replaying the goal? And when there is an injury stoppage they show the rotating logos when they could be showing highlights?

It's gotten to be a joke in my section of the stadium.
