Has anyone gotten Gol TV on Comcast, yet? I've been trying to get Comcast Denver to carry it, but no luck so far.

it depends on what services you have. I have the Dish and have both Dish Latino and English channels and both carry GolTV one with English broadcasters and the other with Spanish broadcasters.

This past weekend they showed the Depor game, real Madrid game and the barca game, all 3 games live.

i have a question about the announcers. are they based in spain or in the usa? the thing is, i tape the games for some of the high school kids who want to watch the liga but who have no access to tv (parental restrictions), and who have problems understanding one of the announcers. the one who did the real-espanyol this weekend doesnt quite have a clear pronunciation, and it takes a bit away from the whole thing. the guy who did the barcelona-valencia game was ok (he can be quite funny, on top of that). both are enjoyable, no doubt, and know their game, but i wish they hired someone else. there was a brit who did on of real's games, is he based in spain? he was crisp and clear.

I can't answer that because I mute the tv and listen to the games on Cadena Ser via the internet. The previous week the announcers were British.

he, i also mute it and listen to cadena ser :) have you noticed that you have to make adjustments because the tv signal arrives earlier than the audio from ser (56k here). sometimes the audio stream just stops and have to 'pulse there to resume.' fun anyways.

What online radio stations do you get La Liga games on? I might want to listen to a few. Comcast keeps stonewalling me. They won't even tell me what is going on, and their website isn't all that helpful in getting me the right people to whom I should ask. Oh well.

    Re: Radio Soccer

go to www.cadenaser.es and click on "carrousel deportivo" on saturdays and sundays or in midweek, if there are any games. you can also listen to "el larguero" (there is a link there) after the games. they also have an archive of past programs. the guy who does the program is pretty good in "el larguero" and the guys who do the commentary at the games can be incredibly funny.

i have tried to get stream audio from a catalan station, but havent looked too hard. any recommendations?

These are someother stations. Canal Sur is lousy and I wouldn't recommend it.
