He injured his thigh in training a few weeks ago...still hasn't been able to recover. Thus Pearce and Knight have been our CB's.

McBride's flick-on header set up one of Boa's goals.

Eyewitness report from a neutral oberver (I was in London this past week):

Fulham looked pretty good in attack, shaky in the back. The equalizer from Charlton was bound to happen, considering how poor most clearances were. Boa Morte was a monster. Both goals were quality The keeper for Fulham came up HUGE in the second half, making some incredible saves, some at point-blank range.

Neither team owned the midfield--it was choppy throughout the match. A very clean game overall. It began raining, with a bit of wind, in the second half, so the long ball got played a lot; high passes frequently got blown off course. Fulham battled hard, and in my opinion deserved to hold on for the win.

Craven Cottage is a great place to watch a match. The crowd was friendly and good-natured.

Not one of our better matches but I've seen plenty of games where Fulham were definitely better but came away with nothing.

I definitely agree with you regarding Craven Cottage. One of the most unique and intimate grounds in the prem.
