I'm not sure if it truly was an attempt on Karzai, but a bomb went off in Kabul killing at least 10. If this was an attempt on Karzai, what does it say about US nation building? I think that that this is certainly something that deserves examination, especially in the context of a potential US-led regime change in Iraq.
