Yes. MLS does need a team with hoops. But the Metros aren't that team. The team that dons the MLS hoops will be none other than the Portland Timbers.... The Metros shall stick to verticla stripes of Red and Black at home, and verticla Black and White stripes whilst away...
That would be great but we'd never be able to wear them, since everyone else in the league wears black (or at least dark colors) as their home uniform. I actually agree with NYR on this topic. I like the red and white vertical stripe home and black and white vertical stripe away kits. I'm looking forward to being able to buy a real Metro jersey myself. At 6'8" and a svelte 250 lbs, there was no way I was going to fit into the shirt they were selling this season.
