2 men arrested in London Gang Rape Investigation

    A 22-year-old and a 19-year-old man are being questioned by police about the alleged attack in the Grosvenor Hotel on September 27.

    It is not known whether the two men are footballers.

    Being "questioned" is not the same as being "arrested." The title to this thread is misleading.

    The BBC (see http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/3180826.stm) refer to it as an arrest.

    Nonetheless, from what I understand, the term arrest does not have exactly the same meaning in the UK as it does in the US.

    they are definitely professional footballers in premiership...according to bbc
