Shep Messing thinks it's a very good idea to leave the A team home and let the B team play today....

Shep messing has mentioned 5 times that Bob Bradley does not care about this game, only cares about the playoffs.....

    mind your own.
i'm not persuaded that Bradley's strategy is the right one. Are the Metros that bad at home that they don't care about home field advantage??

Shep Messing, meanwhile, can't shut up about how brilliant the whole thing is.

    Shep is dead wrong.

NE doesn't have to win this game.

That's as dumb as JP saying earlier in the season that nobody knew about Magee but Bradley.

All NE has to do it tie this game and it's mission accomplished.

If I want unadulterated propaganda I'll watch Fox News.

This game isn't worth the price of admission.

It isn't even worth cracking a beer open and watching.

I'll save the beer for the Yankees, a team who cares about winning and who don't rest until something is clinched.

MLS ought to fine Bradley for bringing the integrity of the league into question.

Well the record sais the Metros are a better road team then home team.... dunno how much that would come into play in the playoffs.....

    How stupid is Shep.

He says all Bradley cares about is the playoffs.

Yeah he cares about the playoffs but doesn't care about home field advantage during the playoffs.

Maybe Shep will explain how that works later on.

I thought the goal was to give your team every advantage possible and put it in the best position to win.

Metro have taken one point from NE this season so far. They're a ball not bouncing off the back of a defender's head and into the NE net away from being swept.

I guess things like that don't matter.

    mind your own.
Before Noonan's goal (& definitely before the 2nd goal), I thought Woly might score on on a counter-attack, but now???

    Dunno. Doesn't look good.

The Revs totally deserve this scoreline. Kamler & Ralston have been wreaking havoc on the wings...

And Shep finally backtracks on his theory from the first five minutes of the match ("how great would it be if the Metros beat the Revs with their B-team going in to the playoffs! That will devastate the Revs' confidence")

Now, he closes the half by saying "great strategy, but down 2-0 makes it tough."

    Whatever. Go Metros.

How prophetic was it referring to Bradley as "Tank" earlier in the year?

This game is a tank job all right and not in the way Metro fans should appreciate.

    "Unconventional" lineup my ass.

These announcers have lost all credibility.

Bradley should be fined by the league.
