    Celta Vigo 0 - 0 Milan

    Vigo

Celta Vigo: Pinto; Velasco, Caceres, Contreras (Sergio 45); Angel, Vagner, Giovanella, Juanfran; Jesuli (Jandro 83), G. Lopez (Milosevic 57); Mostovoi

Milan: Dida; Cafu, Nesta, Maldini, Costacurta; Ambrosini, Pirlo; Rui Costa, Kakà (Rivaldo 63), Serginho (Inzaghi 61); Shevchenko (Brocchi 73)

    Ref: Riley (Eng)

This was by far the worst game I have seen Milan play this year(I didn't see the Perugia game). Ancelotti said he was using the same template he used last year in the 4-0 away victory over Deportivo when he played Rui, Rivaldo, and Seedorf behind the lone striker Inzaghi. But today Sheva was all alone up top with only Rui making any real runs forward. Kaka was playing too deap in midfield and Serginho was bad today.

Rivaldo got his first run out since the Super Cup and he looked really rusty. I don't see him playing in the derby coming up. Most likely Ancelotti will go back to the Pippo/Sheva duo with Rui and Kaka behind them. Anyway, with 2 games against Brugge coming up Milan should be in good shape to qualify early for the next round.

This game was very boring.... Milan went for the draw in the second half. There were no wy Celta Vigo can score against the Milan defense.

The worst? How can a draw on the road in the CL ever end up being the worst? ;)

I agree. Thier weren't many chances for either team.
Simple. They won every other game they played except the Perugia game which I mentioned. Plus, when your European Champions expectations are high. Actually, Milan are still unbeaten this season in all competitions. So things aren't that bad off ;)

Unbeaten in all competitions! Okay, I'll allow that the SuperCoppa was a tie. Yes, it's a tremendous accomplishment only also achieved so far by Roma, Juventus, Parma and Inter! :D
