Working on dribbling

    can anyone mention some drills to help with dribling like step overs etc.
    just wondering

    you can practice anywhere really Im 11 and what I do is go outside and keep the ball still practice doing stepovers putting your foot around the ball that will increase the speed of how fast you can do it. :)

    Well, just practice doing it while the ball is still like puma dude said and then try doing it while moving, and then try it at top speed and shoot afterward and do more things with it like adding on a different move or trying it in smaller spaces. You have to almost make yourself believe that you are about to do what you're really just faking. Think about each little movement that makes the fake work and exaggerate those movements. And practice a lot. Good luck.

    hmm..i read in a post somewhere, d easiest way to practice dribbling is to use a small ball..preferably d size 3 ones. i guess its so u can control ur feet and to improve eye coordination. ive tried it, running around my house, and i could now do the whole roulette thing.heheh

    Awhile ago someone posted a link to a website showing videos of different moves you can practice. Eventually you're going to need to try these moves out on someone.
