Tommy Smythe with a nice ESC plug... is this part of Nick's strategy for helping us expand our numbers?

How many games has Howard played for Manchester United altogether? Also how many shut outs does he have with them?

I think he has a shiite load of shut outs give or take :)

Nice to play around a team that can hold the ball on attack, and that also plays a fantastic over all team defense.

Howard has only allowed 6 goals in 11 EPL matches so far, 3 of them in one game to Fulham(!). I believe yesterday's shutout was his 10th of the season overall (EPL & CL). Almost half of all his starts have been shutouts so far for Man U. Not bad for a guy from North Brunswick.

Timmy did make some nice saves off freekicks, and he seems real comfortable charging out for crosses and breakaways this season

now the real test is to see how his conditioning is since he's been playing non-stop since March, but with Rio and Neville in fromt of him, that may help ihm not see as many shots

Howard is tied with the Birmingham goalkeeper Taylor for the most clean sheets (7). United has conceeded the least amount of goals (6).

As noted already, Tommie Smyth mentioned the ESC when talking about Howard and his early days at the Metros.
