And its not even in hebrew!!!! Nor English.. its in Japanese... I cam across it and i think its great. This japanese dude knows his stuff on the israeli soccer scene! It must have been some unknown japanese fan who has intrest in rare foreign leauge.. anyways, check it out for yourself http://members-abs.home.ne.jp/israel/
No, he used to come into this forum a really long time ago, but someone coaxed him into leaving for some other Israeli forum run by some losers from Jerusalem and Tel-Aviv.
Are u reffering to Xtratime? I used to be on it? i don't know who is from Tel Aviv, but Raanan is from Jerusalem. Recently i got banned from Xtratime again and again and again. I love Bigsoccer cause in Xt, we were treated like *#*#*#*# and we hated it. But yet, we wanted more... almost everyone in Xt hates jews or israel or both. I got banned cause i stood up. They had a politics forum and i got banned for having opinions..... but who cares! I like Bigsoccer. Its big and bad and its better.............I want to get into the MLS now.......
Awesome! But don't call it "the" MLS...just "MLS." But on a more serious note, welcome to BigSoccer! Feel free to speak your mind. I can't speak for everyone else, but as for myself, I'm sympathetic towards Israel and the Jews--but that may have something to do with being a conservative Christian.
Sorry... MLS seems like a rising leauge and theres a lot of fans and potential..... which team should i route for? Who has the most hooliganist fans?
i dont believe there is a team with actual hooligans in this country...so idk? anyway you should support the miami fusion, the best team in mls history, from the best team in the country, although they were contracted a couple of years ago...lol.
If you want hooligans in this country, you're gonna have to watch American football games. But, I'd say that the most passionate fans in MLS might be in DC or Chicago. btw, I edited my earlier post ^
If you want to get into MLS, check this page out. http://www.mlsnet.com/multimedia/pepsi/2003_goy.php It shows clips of some of the best goals from this MLS season.
If you get into the mls, go for the new england revolution. I may just be saying cuz I am from New England originally, but they are a great team with a few really good players(Taylor Twellman, Joe Franchino) and a great coach(Steve Nicol, a Liverpool legend). Plus, Bostonians, and New Englanders in general are passionate sports fans( I am not counting Vermont and Connnecticut). Most of the passion is directed at the traditional sports though (Patriots, Celtics, and especially the greatest team in any sport, the Red Sox)
Any opinion about that join New York-New Jersey team?? or how about Kansas?? Is L.A Galaxy a pro-israeli team? Which teamed is jewish owned?? Or has the most jrewish players?
I don't like any sports teams that come from NY or NJ. Not sure how to even answer those other questions... teams don't take political stances...and there are no team statistics on players religious affiliations (since it doesn't matter when it comes to soccer)
THANK YOU CYPHA!!! Someone else who hates new york teams. The Kansas City Wizards aren't in Kansas. Kansas City is in Missouri. I still can't remember that sometimes. They are a decent team. No teams are Jewish owned to my knowledge. Probably the team with the most Jewish fans is Metrostars, but they suck. The Revolution just easily removed them from the playoffs.
The San Jose Earthquakes. The same club that has America's soccer poster-child on it: Landon Donovan (has two World Cup goals). The funny thing is that Agoos also has a World Cup goal on his resume...but it was an own goal!
You mean the recession and all of those... When i was traveling...i was stumbling apon alot of things that disturbed me infact. There was alot of people who were outside and who were pegging for money...Only 5 years ago, they weren't.. Some of these people were the vital force in Israel's Tourist Economy and some were in the high tech... God Bless these people
Cause mainly due to the situation in Israel. Israel invested alot of money in Tourism and got alot back from it. I remember that there were average/crappy hotels that were overbooked 2 months in a season that wasn't even a tourist spot. We simply lost alot of business when many people don't come to Israel. So in that case, alot of people lost there jobs and things closed down.... Tourism is very important to israel, but alot of things are as well.....i just hope it can rebound and people..not just jewish, but also christians and others can visit and see israel!
