I don't know. He has not been called up since what... ... 2015? (Olympics was Restrepo.) I kind of think Pekerman has given up on him. Which is funny cause I would like to see what he can do again after the way he played in the Olympics.
TeoDios can still be useful to the national team especially if Falcao makes it back 100% in August. Very few forwards have TeoDios' vision maybe Benzema on a good day.
Teo played against Brasil in the Chapecoense tribute didn't he? I think that Pekerman still has plans for him, but he simply was out of shape... If you check the teams that played the last wcq not a single guy that plays in Argentina had any minutes. He is the best second striker we have, at least until Borré starts getting some consistent playing time in Europe.
