    Hello everyone,

I am a korean living in the US - I am currently a collegiate soccer player in MN. I am looking to play in the K-Leagues once I graduate. However I am looking for more information concerning these leagues.

Can anyone tell me more about the structure of the leagues, tryouts, teams + anything else?

    Thanks - appreciate it!

Wow... you must be pretty good at soccer! I welcome you. Anyway, why don't you seek to goto 'better' leagues that are in your option like Beligian league?

that's the first thing that came out of my mouth too!..

At first I thought about regular footy fan, but now we have to tell him about the K-League "structures"!

    ok...wait..let's see..

    you read Korean right?

    the K-League site is

    www.kleaguei.co.kr

that should solve some of your questions.

you could also ask the people in the KFA about tryouts and being a player in the K-League.

I won't be able to play for another 2 years once I graduate from college.

I was born in Seoul, South Korea - but I was adopted to the USA at the age of 3.5 years. I have since gone back and I am relearning Korean and regaining my culture. Me along with another korean friend plan to live in korea once we graduate in 2004. That's when I hope to play for some teams in the K-league.

Thanks for listening to my 2 cents. :)

I recommend getting a backup degree from college. Then again, you will know better than me....

I think not. If he was adopted, he would be a US citizen. I suppose he could take part in a tryout for one of the clubs.

P.S. didn't realize the original post was from ancient time before dinosaurs.
