So, since she is on the team for publicity reasons only, any chance she'll get on the field, if, say Brazil are winning comfortably any of their upcoming games (unlikely since France and especially Norway will be very tough)? They should at least have her do some juggling shows since she is a record holder and all.
I think she is simply eye candy and there to serve as "Ronaldo's wife". Speculate on the marriage, well, maybe not. But I think it would be easy to draw up conclusions on possible problems between the two - I remember reading a few articles where she would cite being frustrated by being called "Mrs. Ronaldo", they're both young, and both probably incredibly ego-maniacal. I doubt she'll play unless the CBF absolutely orders the manager to put her in. The CBF women's manager (I forgot his name) said that she probably will not play - she is not as good as the other women on the team. So already you have dissent - a player that may not have necessarily earned a spot on the team, a pissed off player that could be **better** than her misses the cup.... does anyone else think that this whole thing may unfairly cheapen the experience + gives a shot to the groin in team morale??? And to boot, I think she's cute - she has a nice Paulista sort of look (why is it that whenever I meet a Paulista girl, she has blond hair with dark roots? ) . I don't think she's drop dead gorgeous, but she's still a looker.
